Accessibility

Information for disabled customers.

Whilst we have wheelchair access to all public areas of our stations, we regret that we are unable to provide wheelchair access on the trains. Foldable wheelchairs can be transported onboard, however we recommend that wheelchair users telephone the railway prior to their visit.

All visitors should be advised that flashing and/or strobe lighting may be used at the railway's special events.  Visitors with light sensitive conditions should contact the railway in advance for advice if they feel this may be an issue during their visit.
