Standard day tickets are available to buy online in advance, up to 11.59pm the day before travel. Advance online tickets save you money on our on-the-day fares – see the Buy Tickets page for info.
Dogs - well behaved pooches are permitted to travel free-of-charge on the railway and are allowed inside the station buildings and cafe. All we ask is that you let the Ticket Office know if you are travelling with your dog and they will be given their very own Rover Day Rover ticket.
Max Card - if you are a Max Card holder, please show your card at the Ticket Office when booking to receive a special discount of a half price child's fare when purchasing a full adult/carer ticket on standard operating days only. Your Max Card also entitles you to 10% off all purchases in our gift shop!
Schools & Groups - reduced rates available for pre-booked schools & groups. Please see the Group Travel page for details.
Payment Methods - cash, cheque and all major credit and debit cards are accepted (excluding American Express).
